Support in Canada (Diaspora Programs)
Homelessness Outreach
Help provide food, clothing, hygiene supplies, and direct support to South Sudanese individuals experiencing homelessness in Calgary.
Family Reunification Support
Assist efforts that reconnect individuals with their families, helping restore stability, belonging, and long-term support systems.
Youth Mentorship & Prevention Programs
Support initiatives that guide young people away from risks like drugs and gang involvement through mentorship, education, and community engagement.
Mental Health & Psychosocial Support
Help provide culturally informed counseling, trauma support, and referrals to essential services for individuals rebuilding their lives.
Community Events & Cultural Connection
Support programs like family dinners and community gatherings that reduce isolation and strengthen cultural identity and belonging.
Legal & Settlement Support
Assist newcomers in accessing legal documentation, government support, housing, and employment opportunities as they settle into life in Canada.
Seniors’ Program (Men & Women)
To combat the growing crisis of isolation, we host monthly gatherings where 50 men and 50 women—totaling 100 elders each month—come together to discuss their unique needs, preserve traditional wisdom, and maintain their vital connection to the community.
