The NILECAPD Board of Directors is the policy and governing body of the organization, providing strategic direction of the organization, establishing the governance system, mobilizing resources for the organization, and coordinating relations with national and international partners/donors. It is also vested with the responsibility to monitor and evaluate the activities of the organization. It is responsible for the recruitment of the Executive Director to operate to the day-to-day activities.
